Q: Will I still have to find tenants?

No. We will implement a comprehensive marketing plan for your property, show the units and interview prospective tenants for you before we allow anyone to move into your rental property. We will also conduct a background investigation that will include their credit history. We take on the responsibilities of all tenant emergencies and complaints.

Q: Who will oversee the maintenance of the property?
A:
The Coldwell Banker Property Management Division will oversee this maintenance for you. You will not have to do any of the maintenance work around your property. Coldwell Banker will hire all maintenance personnel, saving you money by using our reliable contractors. We'll make sure you are getting the most competitive prices and highest quality service.

Q: Will I have to take care of the financial records?
A:
No. We do all the accounting - collect the rent, pay mortgages, utilities, insurance, taxes, contractor's bills, etc. We will send you an itemized monthly statement of collections and disbursements, which will help make tax time easier.
